Ingredients

  • 2 mahi mahi filets (4 to 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Brush mahi mahi filets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over both sides of the fish.
  5. Place filets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
