Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull apart to expose the meat.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned on top.
Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.
