Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (6 oz each), thawed if frozen
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull apart to expose the meat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned on top.
  6. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.
