Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed)
  • 1 medium-sized tortilla (whole wheat or gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon granola or crushed cereal (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread nut butter evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  3. Place the peeled banana on one edge of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  4. Sprinkle the roll with chocolate chips and granola (if using), pressing gently to help them stick.
