Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each triangle.
Top each with a small spoonful of blueberry preserves and a few fresh blueberries.
Gently roll each triangle up, starting from the wide end, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10–13 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
