Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated reduced fat crescent roll dough
  • 1/3 cup no sugar added blueberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each triangle.
  4. Top each with a small spoonful of blueberry preserves and a few fresh blueberries.
  5. Gently roll each triangle up, starting from the wide end, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–13 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
