Crumble the baked brownies into a large mixing bowl.
Add frosting and mix until fully combined and dough-like.
Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate chips or wafers according to package instructions.
Dip each brownie ball into melted chocolate, then place back on the sheet.
Top with sprinkles if desired. Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
