Cook pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes, add the broccoli to the boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add butter for extra richness.
Toss in the cooked pasta and broccoli, stirring well to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
