Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, chocolate peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together both flours, baking soda, and salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
