In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add sliced smoked sausage and chopped onion to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the onions are softened.
Stir in garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
Add potatoes, beans, corn, diced tomatoes, Rotel, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
