Season the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and bell peppers until tender.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
