In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
