Ingredients

  • 8 slices of keto-friendly white bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (like monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim crusts off bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the mixture over each bread slice and roll tightly.
  5. Combine granulated sweetener and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
  6. Brush each roll with melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sweetener mix.
  7. Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
