Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (15 count) frozen mini phyllo tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cooked bacon, chopped tomato, green onions, shredded Swiss cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  3. Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each shell with about a tablespoon of the bacon mixture.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the tops are lightly golden.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
