Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
