Ingredients

  • 2 packets instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil and olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauté until fully cooked.
  4. Add all vegetables to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
