In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
Add the cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
