Ingredients

  • 1 log (about 10.5 oz) fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6–8 ripe figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios, chopped
  • Fresh thyme or mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or crostini for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the goat cheese log on a serving plate or wooden board.
  2. Drizzle honey generously over the goat cheese.
  3. Arrange quartered figs around or on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the figs and cheese.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme or mint leaves if desired.
