Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  3. Sear the pork chops on both sides until nicely browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Push the pork chops to one side of the skillet. Add the garlic to the empty side and sauté until fragrant.

  7. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
