Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your mini waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, shredded mozzarella, and baking powder.
  3. Scoop half the mixture into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown. Repeat for the second chaffle.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each chaffle.
  5. Layer bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado between the chaffles to form a sandwich.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
