In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and oil to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Add remaining flour, one cup at a time, until the dough pulls away from the bowl and is soft but not sticky.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-6 minutes until smooth.
Divide dough in half, shape into loaves and place each into a greased loaf pan.
Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 25 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.
