Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until hot.
Using a small round cutter, cut holes in the center of each biscuit to form a donut shape.
Carefully place 2-3 donuts at a time into the hot oil.
Fry each side for about 1 minute, or until golden brown.
Remove with tongs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.
While still warm, coat each donut and donut hole in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
