Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. Shape mixture into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
  7. Remove from oven, add desired toppings, and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until toppings are cooked.
