Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley, and dill.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add tzatziki sauce and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
