Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or crushed crackers (for coating)
  • Crackers or fresh veggies, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Add chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using clean hands or a spatula.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or crushed crackers until evenly coated.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
