Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 3-4 minutes.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the glaze over the salmon and cook until it thickens and coats the fish.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon and remove from heat.
Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with green onions if desired.
