Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup keto condensed milk (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, chopped pecans, sliced almonds, and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour in the keto condensed milk and stir until fully combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet, shaping them into cookies.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool completely before removing from the tray.
