Wrap each beet in foil and place on the baking sheet. Roast for 45-50 minutes or until fork-tender.
Let the beets cool slightly, then peel and cut into wedges.
In a large bowl, arrange the mixed greens. Top with red onion slices, beet wedges, pecans, and goat cheese.
Drizzle with remaining olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
