Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli and 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
Add bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
Return the sausage to the skillet, add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot.
