Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, dried basil, salt, pepper, chopped onion, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and brown sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
