Ingredients

  • 5 oz smoked salmon
  • 5 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 small shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh dill, capers

Instructions

  1. Arrange salad greens on a large serving plate or in a bowl.
  2. Top with smoked salmon, sliced cucumber, avocado, and shallot.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  5. Top with fresh dill and capers if using. Serve immediately.
