Ingredients
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
1/4 cup warm water (adjust for consistency)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except water.
Slowly whisk in warm water until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
