Ingredients

  • 6 graham crackers, halved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or flavored)
  • 2 scoops birthday cake flavored protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto half of the graham cracker squares and top with the other halves to form sandwiches.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Serve frozen and enjoy!
