Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
  4. Top with berries, granola, and coconut.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy!
