Ingredients

  • 2 whole lobsters, split in half lengthwise
  • 1 lb large shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Brush the lobster meat and shrimp generously with the garlic butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the lobsters shell-side down on the grill and cook for 6–8 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp to the grill, cooking for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  6. Brush with additional garlic butter while grilling for extra flavor.
  7. Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
