Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
Place lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
Grill the salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
