Ingredients

  • 4 cups halved cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved tomatoes, diced avocados, and mozzarella balls.
  2. Add the chopped fresh basil leaves and gently toss everything together.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
