  • 1 cup hibiscus tea, brewed and cooled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Brew hibiscus tea and let it cool completely.
  2. Add hibiscus tea, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and orange juice into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add honey or agave if more sweetness is desired.
