Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove the lid and increase heat to medium-high. Cook until sauce thickens and glazes the potatoes.
Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with green onions before serving.
