Ingredients

  • 1 head fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cauliflower, shredded cheese, green onions, and crumbled bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
