Ingredients

  • 1 package bacon (12 ounces), cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Wrap each cheese ball with a slice of bacon and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
