Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
Layer half of the frozen ravioli, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the remaining meat sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
