Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a mini muffin tin with olive oil spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, almond flour, chopped onion, spices, Worcestershire, and ketchup. Mix until just combined.
Scoop meat mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cavity evenly.
Top each mini loaf with a small spoonful of ketchup.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through and golden on top.
Let rest for a few minutes before removing from tin. Serve warm!
