Ingredients

  • 500g (4 cups) 00 flour
  • 325ml (1 1/3 cups) water
  • 10g (2 tsp) salt
  • 3g (1 tsp) dry yeast
  • 10ml (2 tsp) olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add to flour mixture.
  3. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes, adding olive oil at the end.
  4. Cover and let rise for 8-24 hours at room temperature.
  5. Divide dough into portions, shape, and let rest for 30 minutes.
  6. Stretch into pizza bases, add toppings, and bake at 500°F (260°C) until golden.
