Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips, then press the brownie layer firmly into the bottom of the pan.
In a new bowl, combine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, and salt for the cookie dough layer.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips and spread the cookie dough evenly over the brownie layer.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then slice into bars and enjoy!
