Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place the seasoned potatoes cut side down on top of the Parmesan layer.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
