Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring pork chops to room temperature, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip the chops, reduce heat to medium, and add butter, rosemary, and garlic.
  5. Baste the pork chops with the melted butter and cook another 3-5 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  6. Let the chops rest a few minutes before serving with the garlic rosemary butter spooned over.
