In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
