Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in diced red bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cauliflower rice, mix, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
