In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Chill while preparing filling.
In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
Fold in the prepared chocolate pudding, then stir in mini chocolate chips.
Spread the cream cheese and pudding mixture over the chilled crust.
In a clean bowl, whip remaining 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Spread over the filling.
Top with sliced strawberries. Chill for at least 3–4 hours before serving.
