Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Melt half of the white chocolate until smooth, then spoon a layer into each liner. Spread to coat the bottom and sides. Chill until firm.
In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Spoon the pumpkin mixture evenly into the chocolate-lined cups.
Melt the remaining white chocolate and pour over the pumpkin layer, smoothing the tops.
Refrigerate until set, then peel off the liners before serving.
